Because of your generous donations, we had great success with the 2017 CTOP and we are planning to do it again this year. We would like for your club to participate with us on the project again this year.
We are planning to have, just the, North Carolina Clubs participate with us this year. We will offer many incentives (prizes) for those participating again this year. Each ornament donated will have a name entered into the list of prizes offered. Therefore, each donation will have an opportunity for a prize to be won. We are securing the prizes as we go forward with the project. The number of prizes offered is not set in stone at this time, but we will have some great prizes. (We have four at this time, including a week’s tuition at John C. Campbell and a weekend at the beach). I will contact your club once all of the prizes are determined.
We need Christmas Tree Ornaments hand carved, natural or painted by your club members. The ornaments should be of a quality that will make you proud. The carvers name and location (woodcarving club) will be displayed prominently on the ornament to be sold. I will contact you throughout the year to let you know how the ornaments are coming in.
